It was really emotional and difficult to record, but it felt very important to speak my truth and share my personal opinion all around abuse and consent.
I have had a couple of experiences recently where old abuse trauma was triggered in me, and there was an allegation of abuse in the breathwork field, so as a teacher, woman, mum I had to voice what this has been like.
